Last month, Montana’s longest serving Senator, Democrat Max Baucus announced he’ll be retiring after his current term, opting not to seek re-election in 2014. What’s that mean for the GOP? That depends…

While two legislative veterans, Champ Edmunds of Missoula and Corey Stapleton of Billings, have already announced, there are still rumors that several more candidates will be throwing their hats in the ring as well.

Some folks are hoping that Denny Rehberg, a former Congressman and Senate candidate in ’12, will hop back on the horse and give the Senate another go, but only time will tell whether or not Rehberg will run again. Other names which have surfaced include former Governor Marc Racicot, and Seal Team Six veteran and former state Senator Ryan Zinke, who recently ran as Neil Livingstone’s lieutenant governor candidate in ’12. Representative Scott Reichner of Big Fork and Senator Matt Rosendale of Glendive have also gotten a bit of press time as potential contenders, though neither has officially announced.

But why the hold up? With Baucus out, shouldn’t the GOP candidates be flocking to file?

Most assume that former Governor Brian Schweizter will jump in the race. If he does, it’s believed that the larger than life, country shtick of the bolo tie-wearing showboat will earn him a guaranteed spot as the D’s nominee. And that intimidates many would-be challengers.

So who CAN beat the Schweiztenator?

Steve Daines.

Elected to Congress in November, the Bozeman businessman turned statesman receives more mail than any other member of Congress. He’s fought diligently for the President’s approval of the much needed Keystone XL pipeline, which promises to provide thousands of good paying jobs, desperately needed new federal and state revenue, and most importantly, the pipeline will help the United States achieve energy independence, which is a huge factor in terms of national security. Additionally, he’s just introduced legislation, The Montana Land Sovereignty Act, which would exempt Montana from the 1906 Antiquities Act, and therefore save Montana lands from being locked up by the federal government.

Daines has the name recognition and fundraising ability to give Schweitzer the best fight for Baucus’ vacant seat next year…but will either one of them risk it?

Daines has everything to lose should he risk his seat in the House , and has been making the rounds at Montana’s Lincoln Reagan dinners talking about the importance of winning the Senate, but also in maintaining a Republican majority in the House. “The President made two calls after he won on election night. He called Nancy Pelosi and Steve Israel, Chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. They’re coming after the House,” said Daines on April 20th at the GOP dinner in Choteau, MT.

And Schweitzer might be a little too preoccupied. The former governor and a handful of dissident investors from the Clinton Group, a hedge fund, have made the news as of late bidding to take over the Stillwater Mining Company worth $1.3. billion dollars. Stillwater was formed in 1994 and employs more than 1,600 people at two platinum and palladium mines in the Beartooth Mountains and a precious metals recycling plant in Columbus. A vote on on the new executive board will be made tomorrow, May 2nd, and may just decide the fate of Montana’s Senate race next year.

Will 2014 be the year of the Schweitzer v. Daines showdown? Or will it be the year of the dark horse?

On this, the most solemn of holy days on which billions of Christians throughout the world commemorate the resurrection of Jesus, the great minds behind the preeminent internet search engine… Google, have chosen to ignore the Lamb of God who died for our sins, and as seen above, in His place they decided to mark the birth of Cesar Chavez, the famed former California labor leader whose legacy has been appropriated, or rather misappropriated by radical open borders socialist Dolores Huerta, a co-founder of the UFW.

While I seek not to debate the merits of Cesar Chavez here, I do seek to denounce the priorities of Google’s public relations team. Their decision to highlight Cesar Chavez over Jesus is one which reeks of a propensity for dogmatic liberal ideology and activism that can only be seen as offensive and highly disrespectful to hundreds of millions of people who utilize their service. If for whatever inappropriate reason or reasons that Google chose ignore the Easter holiday… be it political correctness, personal religious beliefs, or any other excuse, they should have had the decency to at least not highlight any other historic event of figure on this day and allowed their traditional logo to remain intact and representative of their own supposed original business purposes, not their personal agenda.

To commemorate the birth of Cesar Chavez and ignore the resurrection of Christ is the political equivalent of giving the headlines to the birth of Strom Thurmond and ignoring the assassination of JFK. Even atheists can understand the glaring message such actions send.

It is bad enough that the left has hijacked the image and actual intent of Cesar Chavez and turned him in to a totemic figure of whatever liberal cause of the day that they are pushing for but for a business entity that has a mission to serve the internet needs of people of all persuasions to highlight the birth of that misappropriated figure over the resurrection of the Son of God is a true slap the in the face.

So on this day, after contemplating Jesus Christ’s victory over death and the eternal life that is granted to all who believe in Him as well as the complete verification of all that Jesus preached and taught during His three-year ministry, users of Google should contemplate whether or not they wish to “turn the other cheek “on Google or set them straight.

In the mean time, White House 2016 has chosen to commemorate the resurrection of Christ, our savior by altering its header logo. You’ll notice that the “0″ in the number “2016″ has been changed to include a figure that deserves and even warrants daily devotion and homage.

Will Montana Republicans unseat the state’s longest serving U.S. Senator, Democrat Max Baucus in 2014? It’s tough to say, but two men have already stepped up to the plate to announce their candidacy for the coveted position in D.C.

As the current chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, Baucus has played an influential role in the debate over health care reform in the United States. He is also chairman of the Joint Committee on Taxation, and a member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry and Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, and is chairman of the Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

Before his election to the Senate, Baucus was a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1975 to 1978, representing Montana’s (now defunct) 1st congressional district. He previously served in the Montana House of Representatives from 1973 to 1974.
On August 9, 2011, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid appointed Baucus to the United States Congress Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction.

No doubt, Montana Republicans will need a strong candidate if they are to finally oust Baucus next year.

The first to publicly challenge the 3rd longest serving U.S. Senator was Corey Stapleton, who formally announced his run on the statewide morning radio program Voices of Montana on February 6th.

Corey is navy veteran with an extensive background in military leadership. In 1997, Stapelton voluntarily resigned from the military after serving as Surface Warfare Officer aboard the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy and the Aegis cruiser USS Hué City, and earning numerous awards, qualifications, and commendations.

In 2000, Stapleton became the first Generation X-er elected to the State Senate where he served until he was termed out in 2008. He was elected to leadership as a Majority Whip after only a couple of years, and as Minority Leader during the contentious 2007 legislative session.

During his tenure in the Senate, Corey sponsored several pieces of legislation including Otter Creek Coal development (SB 409 2003), the attempted creation of a Montana medical school (SB 273 2005), the Montana National Guard Relief Act (SB 75), and the demand for reorganization and replacement of the Montana Department of Revenue’s failed computer system POINTS (SB271 2003).
The conservative lawmaker was a hawk on the Senate Finance and Claims committee, as well as the Legislative Audit committee. He was also a member of the Heritage Foundation’s prestigious Legislative Leaders Council. Corey is married and has four children, and currently works as a financial adviser in Billings. He recently lost to Rick Hill in the Republican primary for Governor in 2012.

Next to throw his hat in the ring was GOP navy veteran and legislator from the predominantly Democratic city of Missoula Champ Edmunds, who announced his candidacy on February 28th.

Champ Edmunds served as a Submariner in the United States Navy for 10 years from 1984-1994. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Montana in Business. Champ has two children, one of whom is serving in the United States Army. Champ is a mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo Bank in Missoula, where he specializes in Military mortgages.

Other Republicans are expected to join the race for Baucus’ seat, promising another packed primary in 2014.

Rumor has it that moderate Republican Ryan Zinke of Whitefish may also join the race. Comments Zinke made in February on the same radio show where Stapelton announced his candidacy have many people suspecting a formal announcement from the state Senator sometime this Spring.

Zinke, a former Navy Seal with Seal Team Six, most recently lost a bid for Lt. Governor running with Neil Livingstone in the GOP primary for Governor last year. Zinke is a sitting State Senator and the current Chairman of Special Ops for America. He touts a distinguished military career with numerous accolades in leadership. Zinke has repeatedly stated that Republicans must reach out to Reagan Democrats and moderates of the Republican party to find middle ground.

Some of the other names circulating through the rumor mill include Big Fork representative Scott Reichner, former Montana Governor Marc Racicot, State House Representative Krayton Kerns, and State Senate President Jeff Essmann, who unsuccessfully ran for Governor last fall.

Rep. Reichner introduced a bill (HB 436) to provide that the top two candidates who receive the most votes in a certain primary election for partisan offices advance to the general election irrespective of party affiliation. Though the bill did not make the transmittal deadline, it certainly caught the attention of those covering the U.S. Senate election.

Stay tuned for more news on the Montana U.S. Senate Race….

Chemtrails are the trails that stretch huge expansions of the sky, sometimes it seems from horizon to horizon. They often cross over one another forming giant X or checkerboard patterns in the sky. They never evaporate because they are made of particles. The particles disperse as the hours pass, creating a cloudy haze as they slowly but surely drift down to the planet’s surface.

Chemtrails are bad news.

The diabolical history of chemtrails is presented in a film by Michael Murphy called, What In The World Are They Spraying. The documentary is tightly focused and provides much information. It has a run time of approximately 90 minutes and can be found HERE.

The film outlines the miss-information and propaganda related to chemtrails and you will learn of the many toxic substances, particularly aluminum, routinely sprayed into our atmosphere.

Chemtrails polluting the sky and our earth

Geoengineering of the climate, commonly called chemtrails, is sold to the peasants as a “battle against global warming.” The supposed plan is to cool the planet by saturating the atmosphere with particles which then create clouds and thereby block the heat of the sun.

If you believe that global warming is a ruse then obviously you see this as a cover story. And if you question humankind’s competency to play God and manipulate weather without harming Earth or its inhabitants, then you are probably uncomfortable with this pursuit. The idea that a lawless government runs the program is, well, a little creepy, too. And the fact that particles of toxic substances are used should make your hair stand up. What hair you will have left after most of it falls out from over-exposure to toxic chemicals, that is. But we’ll get to that soon.

Obviously, the true intent of geoengineering of the climate can, and should, be questioned.

So if it isn’t the glorious and righteous battle against global warming as sold, then what exactly is the point of dumping hundreds of tons of toxic particles into the sky?

Since it is our government that is managing the spraying, let us start there.

Chemtrails first came to public awareness sometime during the 1990′s. Yet it seems it took until October of 2001 for any type of official government acknowledgement. That is when Congressman Dennis Kucinich submitted bill HR 2977.IH, which proposed to ban the weaponization of space. Chemtrails, it just so happens, is included in the bill–listed as a weapons system.

Pollution as a weapon?

It seems a little inefficient so probably not, but like any good “conspiracy” theory, there is more to it.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Alaska, is, according to the official website, “the premier facility for the study of ionospheric physics and radio science.”

The HAARP program was founded in 1990, just a few years before the public began noticing chemtrails, and has a stated goal to “further advance our knowledge of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth’s ionosphere which can affect our military and civilian communication and navigation systems.”

Hey, sounds terrific.

And obviously, with an official website, the HAARP program is not classified. Indeed it boasts that documents related to its studies are a matter of public record. In fact, if you read the webpage’s FAQ, it all seems quite scientific and wholesome.

So what’s the problem?

Well, putting the quality copywriting aside, the facility is, ultimately, restricted access–so no peasants allowed. But more troubling is that pesky little word in the goal statement: “military”.

It turns out, if you do your research, HAARP can in fact be used to create havoc.

Electromagnetic frequencies are used by HAARP to fire energy beams into the high sky and excite the ionosphere. Investigators researching HAARP submit that charging the ionosphere can allow one to direct an electromagnetic force over a city and destroy its electronics. Further, HAARP can alter weather, create floods, tornadoes or even earthquakes.

If we jump back to the bill introduced by Congressman Kucinich, we can note that the bill wants to ban weapons “designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.”

It has long been whispered that the earthquake in March of 2011 that triggered the Fukushima tsunami was generated by HAARP. Who did it and why may be explored at another time but for our purposes, the reference to “tectonic systems” within the Congressman’s bill appears to indicate the military can, in fact, use earthquakes as weapons.

Go figure.

Chemtrails tie into the HAARP program because the large clouds created by the release of tons of microscopic particles help improve HAARP capabilities.

So it seems, the government, to enhance its weaponry, has a motivation to pollute the skies.

Of course, if the government can play with weather for military purposes, it means that Big Business can play with weather for profit purposes.

And any sharp peasant will, when trying to figure out the dubious motivations of the power elite, follow the money.

Did you know that extreme weather conditions are sold as derivatives on the market? You bet they are.

Consider the value of knowing in advance, for example, that a drought or severe storm was going to decimate corn crops. Clearly you could make money from that knowledge. Depending on the scenario, you could probably make a huge amount of money. It is not a stretch then, to consider that geoengineering of the climate has been introduced by the extremely greedy to stack the deck, to hedge their bets in the market. The derivatives exists. Betting for profit or loss on the weather is a fact.

So, perhaps chemtrails, rather than being a planet-cooling initiative, is really a money-making scheme. Of course, the question as to why toxic substances are used still needs to be addressed.

But, as you know, profit motives can lead to much more diabolical behavior than hedging bets.

What industries stand to gain from the slow poisoning of America with toxic substances?

Well, there is Big-Pharma. Consider all the medicines that can be sold to millions of peasants as they physically breakdown from years of constant exposure to toxic particles.

Carolyn Williams Palit points out, “the toxic effects start out subtlely and will certainly become more toxic as the chemical residues build and enter the food chain and water systems.”

The desperate search by the poisoned peasants to improve their breathing, stop skin lesions or keep their hair from falling out probably equates to billions of pills, yes? I’m not an accountant but billions of pills sounds like a lot of money.

And like the pharmaceutical industry, the medical industry, soon with endless customers, will benefit for similar reasons.

Depending on your age, you may have noticed that over your lifetime it seems cases of Autism and Alzheimer’s have increased. Indeed, according to BrightFocus.com,

Between 2000 and 2008, deaths attributed to Alzheimer’s disease increased 66%, while those attributed to the number one cause of death-heart disease-decreased 13%.

Approximately 5.4 million Americans now have Alzheimer’s disease. By 2050, more than 15 million Americans could be living with the disease

Worldwide, nearly 36 million people are believed to be living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. By 2030, if breakthroughs are not discovered, we will see an increase to nearly 66 million.

It is known that aluminum, a major ingredient within the spraying, attacks the brain.

Coincidence?

The premise, although utterly horrifying, is really very simple–rot mankind and sell trillions.

And it is not only people’s health that needs to be considered when exploring the motivations for dumping hundreds of tons of toxic chemicals into the sky for money. What about Mother Nature? Plants and animals are slowly poisoned, too.

Today, there are amazing genetic-based technologies rapidly developing. Big-Agro, already selling genetically modified food, could also benefit from toxic spraying.

You may find it interesting that Aluminum Resistent gene Patent #7582809 was issued in September, 2009. What is it? It is gene technology that allows seeds, after being genetically modified, to grow in toxic aluminum sludge. See how it works? Rot the soil with aluminum and then make billions in aluminum-resistent seeds.

Perhaps the lab wizards are working on a genetic modification of animals and insects, too. For all we know, the wizards may be just steps away from genetically-modifying the human immune system. Perhaps sometime soon all American peasants can be aluminum resistant–for a price.

Poison for profit. It is deeply troubling. But with a corporate-controlled, fascists government, would you expect anything else?

Murphy’s film references reports that indicate toxic levels of aluminum have been measured in certain parts of the country at 61,000 parts per billion. The government alert level is at 1000 parts per billion. Have you heard any government warnings regarding exceedingly high levels of aluminum? That is 60,000 times above regulation.

But have no fear, crusaders–we have Obama-care.

Finally, if pollution to improve weaponry or poison for profit wasn’t enough, there is always the chemtrails and NWO bit.

We know from Agenda 21 literature, the Georgia Guidestones and various leaks to the press that managing the human population (max. limit 500 million) is the stated goal of the NWO, satan-loving, inbreeding psychopaths. Many of these folks have openly discussed a desire to enact de-population programs. Some of these programs are, or may soon be, in effect. Stories of tainted vaccines meant more to sterilize than immunize are common and come from across the globe. The toxic substance fluoride, intentionally placed in the water supply for many decades now, has little to do with teeth and lots to do with control and submission.

A video made by an enterprising citizen of the world testing rainwater yielded the following results:
780 times safe levels of Aluminium
593 time safe levels of arsenic
4000 times safe levels of manganese
300 times safe levels of barium
8000 times safe levels of zinc
2000 times safe levels of iron
4000 times safe levels of boron

Anyone thirsty?

Boron, by the way, has a proclivity for attacking testicles producing atrophy in as little as 90 days at low levels of exposure. It has also been cited as causing premature ovarian failure. If you had a desire to control population growth, sprinkling boron down upon the peasants and destroying their testicles and ovaries would help your cause, yes?

Could these dirty inbreds and their political puppets in our lawless government be instituting massive atmospheric pollution, along with fluoride in the water and tainted vaccines, as a way to slowly and methodically sterilize, poison or kill the human sheeple, to thin the herd so to speak, to bring about their target population?

Or is the release of hundreds of tons of toxic material used for enhanced military capability? Or is it poison for profit?

Perhaps it is all three. It does make sense.

The dirty inbreds want to de-populate Earth. They fund the political puppets that will authorize programs like fluoride in the drinking water, tainted vaccines and chemtrails. They also fund the scientific community and push them to develop military technology that needs “acceptable” levels of toxic pollutants to be released to enhance electro-magnetic weapon systems. Of course, General G. I. Joe is all for chemtrails if they make his energy weapons shoot straighter and fry faster, you know, so he can preserve the American way of life. And Big-Business, ultimately owned by the dirty inbreds, collects the cool cash the entire time the peasants rot.

The evidence is in. Multiple years of science samples have been accumulated. We are being poisoned. Insects are being poisoned. Plants are being poisoned.

Streams, rivers, ponds and lakes all over the country are being polluted with toxins. Our lands have undergone a Ph change. Huge swaths of trees within forests across the country are dying or dead, the silver-white bark providing a big clue as to what brought about their demise.

Murphy’s film mentions that firefighters believe wild fires have intensified in ferocity due to increased levels of aluminum and magnesium in the woods. It turns out, aluminum as a fine particle, is actually an accelerate.

It is interesting to note that “green advocates” will raise holy hell about a pipeline but there is not one peep of complaint, not one green guy chained to a silver tree, to protest the systematic spraying of America with toxic substances. Apparently their funding is more important than their cause.

What justification can be made to support the slow and methodical poisoning of America? Or the entire globe? What type of bent and sick scoundrel would allow the organized spraying of a metallic poison and allow it to drift down and glaze everything on the surface of Mother Earth?

We are being sprayed like a bugs in a farm field. And research seems to indicate it has been happening for some 12 or 15 years, perhaps a bit longer. If that isn’t insulting enough, we are paying for it, too. Our tax dollars are being used to poison us, our spouses and our children. Personal assets that you own, that you and your family have worked hard to acquire–farm land, animals, prized-rose bushes–all of it is being slowly ruined beyond repair by metallic toxins.

The only people claiming anything different are those that directly benefit from the agenda–the scientists that write slanted papers because they rely on corporate funding and therefore must tow-the-line, the patent holders of emerging technology, Big Business that wants to ring the cash register and the dirty inbreds that think you and your family are pathetic sheeple, not worthy of a dignified life, but only of a slow rot and anguishing death.

Fight for your guns, crusaders, as it is a just cause. But realize we have more work to do because what good is a gun if you are already dead or so sickly you pose a laughable threat?

Whether 2016 or 2020, there is a great list of potential conservative candidates building. In fact, conservatism is undergoing a bit of a renaissance spurred on by back to back establishment losses. Some conservatives are starting to show a little bit of fight, and others are carrying the same banner they have been for years. In recent weeks four conservative GOP figures have made a splash and the result is some fresh excitement in a party that could use a shot in the arm.

Marco Rubio

The backlash has already started against liberal media groups who have attempted to distract from Marco Rubio’s state of the union response. Rubio’s infamous sip of water has been turned into some sort of Palinesque faux pas, and for good reason. In a society where the major opinion makers are morning and afternoon radio shows, followed by Jon Stewart at night and Bill Maher, the best way to defeat a good argument is mockery.

The problem is that Rubio’s sip of water is not as big a deal as the left wishes it was. In fact, compared to Ted Kennedy’s water incident, Rubio’s is hardly worth mentioning. Rubio is still very likeable and is very intelligent and well spoken. If he runs in the future, no one will run an attack ad showing him taking a sip of water. But he is building up a great repertoire and history of strong conservatism that people will be able to look to.

Rubio has been compared to Ted Kennedy, Bob Menendez, and Bobby Jindal as a result of his sip of water. Perhaps the only damaging comparison is Jindal, whose SOTU response was amateurish compared to the lofty and articulate Barack Obama.

Sidebar

Worth mentioning: Barack Obama promised that nothing he was proposing in his SOTU would increase the deficit a single dime. What we thought he meant was that nothing he promised would increase the debt more than 9 cents. What he actually meant was nothing he was promising would increase the debt ONLY a single dime. Turns out, his SOTU promises have been calculated to cost about 850 billion dimes per year, or $85 billion. By contrast, the tax hikes in the Fiscal Cliff deal only raised $65 billion a year in revenue. Surprised?

Dr. Ben Carson

Dr. Ben Carson has been on numerous radio programs since his prayer breakfast speech in which he cleverly berated the present Barack Obama on everything from socialism to Obamacare. Dr. Carson was fun to listen to, nailed each point, and of course carries the clout of being a nationally renowned neurosurgeon.

I would caution people about jumping on the Dr. Carson for President bandwagon though. He, like some other popular political figures, has no experience in campaigning on a national stage. While intelligence and ability to govern should be key factors in choosing a President, we have learned recently that the ability to campaign and make consistently good speeches with no missteps is the key to actually becoming President.

What makes it more difficult for Black Republicans is the intense racism and bigotry on the left towards GOP minorities. Democrats seem to think they have some sort of ownership of minorities when it comes to politics and they are very afraid of losing that control. The last election saw many continuing that mantra that a vote against Obama was racist, and of course a deplorable campaign ran against honorable people like Alan West, who was depicted punching out a Grandma and stealing her money. Dr. Carson should get his feet wet before jumping into the piranha tank.

Rand Paul

Perhaps the most comfortable looking politician the night of the SOTU address was Rand Paul. In the TEA Party response, Paul shredded the administration and socialist policies with the ease of someone who had been practicing and repeating a stump speech for an entire campaign. He is anti-big government and not afraid to call his own party’s establishment out. This will appeal to a broad base, but he does not compromise principles to do it.

The superior content of Paul’s speech is evidenced by the fact that it was mainly ignored. This is a challenge that Paul will need to overcome if he hopes to move beyond the walls of the Senate. It’s not just him, little attention is paid to what most senators say partially because the Senate keeps a low profile. This includes never passing anything.

The other challenge Paul will face is convincing his party that he is not Ron Paul, while not losing the Ron Paul base. Rand has some significant policy differences with his father, which make him palatable to mainstream Republicans. However, he is going to have to do a lot of convincing to help people realize that. The key to his success may be circumstances. In a post 911 world, Paul’s discomfort with overseas engagements and an open pockets foreign policy would have even turned off some Democrats. But now, when our government is sending tanks and fighterjets to an oppressive Muslim regime in Egypt, Paul makes more sense than ever.

Ted Cruz

Although Ted Cruz is still a fresh face, he is already starting to turn some heads in cyberworld with his intelligence and articulation. See him here defending the 2nd Amendment:

Ted will need some time to develop and to continue his introduction to the nation. He will also benefit from an incorporation of TEA Party candidates into the GOP mainstream, which will allow them to shed what has become an unflattering label.

Honorable Mention: Ron DeSantis

Ron DeSantis is one of the newest Conservative Constitutionalist GOP candidates in Congress. He articulates Conservatism very well and has a promising future. He is beginning to come into a bit of a spotlight because of the things he is pushing for. One is a bill that would cut off pay for Congress until they pass a budget. Another is his idea that Congress should also pay into Social Security and have the same retirement and health benefits as everyone else, including a 401k instead of a pension.

This idea that members of Congress should have the same sort of pay and benefits as ordinary Americans, and not get paid if they don’t do their job, is nothing new to the average American. However, it is shockingly radical to Congress and establishments on both sides.

DeSantis is from NorthEast Florida, which automatically gives him swing-state clout and should make his political career an interesting one to follow. Perhaps not 2016, but keep an eye out in 2020.

In late summer of 2012, the FBI started looking into the interesting behavior of New Jersey Democratic Sen. Robert “Bob” Menendez — specifically, repeated trips to the Dominican Republic. These trips, non-reported or not-duly authorized, were often made via a CL-600 Challenger private jet, owned by a campaign contributor to Menendez and the Democratic Party.

And why, exactly, do we need to know this?

Because by September, the FBI was able to confirm that during these trips Menendez, 59, was purchasing prostitutes, at least one being just 16-years-old, during alcohol-fueled sex parties.

That’s right, the Senator regularly flew down to a Dominican-based Animal House for toga parties that offered good food, strong alcohol and — youngsters.

Understand, even before this organized orgy scandal surfaced, Senator Menendez has proven himself to be no angel.

In 2005, the New York Times ran an article that stated, “since entering politics as a corruption-fighting mayor of Union City, N.J., Mr. Menendez has become a proponent of business as usual.” And later in the column, “there have been 75 corruption indictments in New Jersey over the last four years. The public has a right to yearn for a break from the past, and Mr. Menendez does not represent a clean slate.”

In 2006, an ethics complaint citing conflict-of-interest was filed against Menendez, stating Bob was a bad boy for renting a property to a non-profit agency that received federal funds. Apparently, Menendez had worked hard to get the non-profit agency approved for even more federal cash than it already collected. Then he rented a property to it, collecting some $300,000 in rent.

In 2010, conservative New Jersey folks unsuccessfully attempted to recall bad-boy Bob.

Also in 2010, Menendez wrote Federal Reserve Chairman, Bob “bankster” Bernanke. The letter requested that bansker-Bob approve the sale of a New Jersey bank before it went down. Turns out, as NJToday pointed out, “eight of 15 directors of the [troubled] bank, including the bank’s chairman and vice-chairman, have been contributors to Menendez or his political action committee.”

There’s more if you look. Menendez blocked Judge Patty Shwartz, a nominee to a federal judgeship, because she is tight with a top dog within the public corruption unit for New Jersey’s federal prosecutor. The unit has previously investigated Menendez.

There is also the unpaid intern working in the Senator’s office who had an expired visitor visa. Although known to authorities since 2010, the intern was just arrested in December — after Menendez won another term in November. Convenient timing, yes? Oh, and as gravy, the 18-year-old volunteer is a registered sex offender.

Of course, Menendez still holds his seat so obviously he has, to date, wiggled out of these jams. But just as obvious it seems, is that bad-boy Bob has a taste for dirty politics as well as dirty sex.

Not too long ago, I wrote a piece called Just How Deep Is The Rabbit Hole In America?. In it, I explored the possibility that much more of the world knows about the diabolical nature of NWO initiatives than Americans living inside the globalist’s propaganda bubble. Perhaps it is we, the American citizenry, that have been deceived and been taught to look through the wrong end of the telescope.

This idea, that globalists controlling the media have presented white as black and black as white to the American peasants—that almost everything you and I have been “taught” to believe is slanted, distorted or an outright fabrication, is clearly unsettling to the soul. Further, if this is true then it requires all reasonable Americans to re-consider all that is presented to them in order to achieve a more accurate understanding of people and events here in America and around the globe.

For example, if you were to learn that nine healthcare workers administering vaccinations in Pakistan were killed by drive-by shootings, your first reaction is probably to consider Pakistan a brutal, backwards and lawless society. And if you learned the Taliban was behind the targeting of the healthcare workers, that initial reaction would most likely be reinforced.

But suppose you discovered some additional detail, say, that the vaccinations were a put on, a show, used to collect DNA rather than administer healthcare. Would your outlook change?

Within the context of our short tale—a story, remember, presented to you—most of you can probably still maintain your basic outlook that, although the vaccination is a deceit, the Taliban are still the bad guys because the shootings are an unjust action relative to a lie.

But let us go another step.

Let’s assume you learned a detail intentionally hidden from you, say, that the vaccinations were not vaccinations at all, but poisonings—a sterilization program—conducted by rogue elements within the CIA to further the United Nations’ population control initiative.

Who are the bad guys now? Suddenly, the Taliban, targeting healthcare workers to stop the poisoning of the Pakistani populace, aren’t necessarily the rat bastards you initially thought they were. In fact, it could be argued that the Taliban is now serving as protectors, taking action to fight against those that wish the people harm. Something, unfortunately, Americans to date, seem loathe to do.

Yes, we can debate whether we agree that the strategy of killing innocent healthcare workers—if they are innocent and not on someone’s payroll—is a proper strategy. But place your son, daughter, brother, sister or spouse in the vaccination line. Suddenly, you have two monumental questions to answer. What can you do to actually stop it? And what are you prepared to do to stop it?

As you may have guessed, we walked through this scenario because, in fact, nine healthcare workers have been killed in Pakistan recently. And the Taliban was involved and does think the vaccinations are a cover story for a sinister program meant to hurt the Pakistani people.

Here is an article about the events, written from a perspective outside the propaganda bubble. It includes names and some background of key individuals, explores motivations behind the actions and makes references to documented events that may have contributed to the actions.

Here is an article about the events that I consider the typical propaganda piece. Note the heavy emphasis on the nobility of the eradication effort put forth by the international community. Make note of how “shocking” the events are, how bloody awful it is to “deprive Pakistan’s most vulnerable from life-saving interventions.” Most importantly, note there is no reference at all made to the Taliban-Pakistan perspective—that is, why they feel how they feel or what might have motivated them to do what they have done.

The point here is not to justify the Taliban’s behavior, nor cast the CIA in a bad light—those judgments I leave for you. But rather, to provide a simple example to quickly demonstrate that much of what you hear and see, has, in fact, been carefully manipulated to shape your opinions or deceive you.

Please, do yourself, your family and all your fellow citizens a favor and make sure you look at things through the correct end of the telescope.

If you are like most Americans, you probably focused most of your attention Wednesday on the gun control press conference. It is understandable because law-abiding citizens as well as veterans find themselves labeled as enemies of the state and the Constitution is under relentless attack by the socialist/communist element within our lawless federal government. Indeed, the issue of citizens having guns is as critical now as it has ever been.

Our supreme ruler knew it was a big story. He was on his game — looking good and sounding good — as he shamelessly paraded children out in front of the cameras. By the way, did he announce their full names and did anyone write them down? I hope so because it is obvious that these grade-school wiz-kids are politically active tots and represent the next generation of gun-grabbing Lefties. We need to put them all in a database and track their development.

But the “Sesame Street tries to stomp on the 2nd Amendment” spectacle wasn’t the biggest story of the day. That title goes to a development in Europe.

Yesterday, Germany announced it was repatriating its gold. That’s right. It will be taking gold bars from storage in France and America and stacking them in the home country. And according to ZeroHedge.com, the German Precious Metals Association “called for independent, full, neutral and physical audits of the gold reserves of the world’s central banks…”

See, I told you — big.

Huge.

It is so huge, the banksters had to plant stories in the propaganda press, no doubt, to try and minimize its impact.

Here is a quote from Forbes, “The move appears a response to public outrage over the Bundesbank’s (the central bank of Germany) oversight of its gold holdings. Last October, federal auditors questioned the Bundesbank surveillance of its gold bars, asking whether officials had actually verified the existence of their holdings.”

In other words, it is no big deal, everyone wants to know their bank balance once in a while, right? It is a pretty good soft sell.

But Germany’s reasoning was weak. They justified requesting the gold reserves held in France as a “natural consequence of the adoption of the euro”.

Huh?

The euro was established in 1999. Are we to believe it took the government wizards in Germany over a decade to realize that with the euro they didn’t need France holding their gold? Of course not.

And more silliness came from the New York Times as they tried to hide the significance of the request by pointing out “The Bundesbank does not plan to move any gold out of the Bank of England, which will continue to store 13 percent of the total.”

Of course, the ridiculous rag failed to mention Germany has already taken back some 900 tons of gold from the bankster’s London vaults in response to the establishment of the euro.

Can you say “spin”?

So what the hell is going on? What’s the big secret?

Well, Germany is not the first country to repatriate its gold. Venezuela did it, too. And Libya and Iran. Romania wants its bars from Russia. And the Netherlands, Ecuador and Switzerland have all called for audits and repatriation of their gold.

“The demands for repatriated gold accounts,” wrote Jim Willie carried at Maxkeiser.com, “primarily from the criminal bank sectors in London and New York, have amplified.”

In fact, it almost seems like a movement.

And that, crusaders, is why it is worth hiding.

Now, unless you are a gold investor, the repatriation of gold doesn’t necessarily effect you on a day in and day out basis. Gold is held in custodianship and when a country wants it back, it is really just a matter of counting it up and getting it back to them — in theory.

But see, there are these persistent rumors that the banksters have rehypothecated much or all of the gold in their care. In other words, if you were to stroll into your local Federal Reserve vault, you would not see stacks and stacks of gold bars, you would see piles and piles of IOUs. Or, as an alternate version of the rumor goes, you would see fake bars filled with tungsten.

In November, American Vision News stated, “The BOE and the Fed suddenly find themselves in a heap of trouble as the situation (and confidence that the Central banks actually still hold the tungsten gold reserves on deposit) is rapidly deteriorating.”"

“As we stated several days ago, the jig is now up,” reported Silverdoctors.com. “We wish the Fed luck staying ahead of the cascading avalanche of requests to convert unallocated (rehypothecated) gold into solid physical metal. They’re going to need it.”

To date, no one can prove this because the Federal Reserve refuses to allow anyone into the vaults. Which, naturally, doesn’t help people’s anxiety over weather the gold is actually there or not.

Of course, the banksters know this so they saturate the media with cover stories from their hired-hacks that down play the importance of physically inspecting the gold.

Here’s an example from John Carney at CNBC, “…for almost all imaginable operational purposes, the actual existence of the gold in Fort Knox or in the vault beneath the FRBNY’s Liberty Street headquarters is irrelevant. The bookkeeping is what really matters here.”

Except that the bookkkeeping has proven to be “book-cooking” with international financial scandals being uncovered at an alarming rate.

Are the vaults empty or mostly empty? We will know eventually. Germany is in line and there is no question other countries will soon join it.

But finding the answer to “gold or no gold” is not the only element to this story.

If you stop by here regularly, and you should, you may recall several articles that discussed how investors were moving away from the dollar. Additionally, recall the articles covering the rejection of the petrodollar system. Both of these developments are real and are happening as you read this. Both of these developments also mean drastically hard times for America. In fact, there are financial professionals that claim America and the dollar have already died but because the Federal Reserve is printing some $80 billion a month and the banksters control the propaganda press, much of the West just doesn’t know it yet.

But some do.

Adam English at Wealth Daily wrote, “Ben Bernanke may not think gold is money, but the rest of the world is becoming increasingly aware that precious metals — particularly gold — are the only protection from the endless money printing.”

So, I submit for your consideration, that the repatriation of gold is an organized movement by those that know the day of the dollar is done.

“Those nations that depart from the entire US Dollar system early,” writes Willie, “will be the leading nations in the next chapter, with stronger foundations, richer solvency, emerging economies, healthier financial markets, efficient credit engines, growing wealth, stronger political helm activity, and better functioning systems generally.”

So, now you understand why Germany’s gold repatriation is a big story. It hints at a growing concern about the legitimacy and motives of international bankers that are serving as custodians for the gold owned by countries all over the world. A run on central banks by central banks will not be a good thing. And if the gold isn’t there, yikes! It hints at a deep concern over the stability of the current financial system. It hints at the idea that there may be a financial re-set sometime in the near future, perhaps based upon precious metals. And, as with the rejection of the petrodollar system, it appears to be another large piece of the puzzle that shows that the days of the dollar are numbered and America is in serious, serious trouble.

But perhaps there is some good news.

Maybe Germany, the Netherlands, Ecuador and Switzerland just want to know their bank balances.

When a crazy person breaks into an elementary school and shoots children, it would be immoral to not take some sort of action. I can guarantee no one will disagree with that statement. However, a call for undefined action by the government can be the greatest threat to our Constitutional rights.

Consider Sandy Hook. Congress is preparing to consider a brand new ban on assault rifles and high capacity clips as a result of the Sandy Hook massacre. In addition, Obama is putting into place hundreds of millions of dollars in unconstitutional executive orders to educate people out of their 2nd amendment rights and to prevent those the government deem as mentally unstable from keeping and bearing arms. Here’s the problem: Adam Lanza was unable to purchase an assault rifle legally already in Connecticut. The one he had was stolen.

Even more ironic, Adam Lanza left the assault rifle in the car. He carried four handguns into the school with him. Banning assault rifles, high capacity mags, sales to people with mental conditions, or anything else on the Liberal wishlist would not have prevented the Sandy Hook massacre. The only thing that might have prevented it is an armed staff member inside that school.

By the way, we all agree when it comes to crazy people with guns, right? But what does the government consider a mental disorder? Doing a Google search on HHS defined mental conditions is very revealing. How about Chronic Skin Picking (CSP).

Listening to Obama’s inauguration made one thing clear. Obama intends to change the meaning of the Constitution. The message from his speech was that the Constitution was a great document when it was written, but the world was much different back then. The good-intentioned founders couldn’t envision a 21st century America. Back then, people didn’t get sick. No one was poor. There was no need for safety nets, which is why they weren’t written into the Constitution. Oh, and unlike modern times, there was still the potential for governments to become tyrannical back when the Constitution was written.

The 2nd amendment was written to allow people to protect themselves from tyrannical governments who would seek to take their God given freedoms. Assault rifles aren’t constitutional because James Madison thought Americans should have the right to hunt for food or target shoot for recreation. Assault rifles and high capacity mags are constitutional because our founders wanted Americans to be able to defend themselves from governments who can send troops with military style assault rifles to take away their rights. That includes our own government.

The solution to mass killings with guns is not to outlaw guns anymore than the solution to DUIs is to outlaw cars or alcohol. We tried outlawing alcohol and the result was that only law abiding citizens couldn’t drink. Democrats need to stop trying to fix problems by outlawing things that didn’t cause the problem. A Republican candidate who can articulate this to voters well enough to drown out the call for undefined action will have success in reclaiming the fractured Republican base.

In a manner that at times was reminiscent of a Mussolini-like madman, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo orchestrated a nearly two hour long spectacle that amounted to what was a massive coronation of himself as the Prince of Progressivism and essentially a kickoff of his campaign to consolidate the liberal base behind him in the 2016 Democrat presidential primaries and caucuses.
With repeated calls for New York to be the “progressive capital of the nation”, Cuomo unleashed an unprecedented, activist, government agenda that consisted of more than $5 billion dollars in new state spending that primarily focussed on liberal social engineering.

Some of Cuomo’s government sponsored spending initiatives included a $1 billion “green bank” to help push the growth of environmentally “clean” companies, $1 billion housing program to create 14,000 s0-called affordable housing units, $50 million for a venture capital fund to help start-up companies, and unstated amounts of money to institute full-day pre-kindergarten classes in the state’s poorest districts, and the creation of a program that would issue $15,000 stipends to top teachers selected to instruct other teachers on classroom education performance.

Beyond his attempt to please the left with a traditional liberal spending spree, Cuomo primarily used his State of the State Address to undermine one of his potential rivals for the Democrat presidential nomination… Hillary Clinton.

Knowing full well that he would have to peel off a significant number of women voters from Hillary Clinton if she runs again for the nomination in 2016, Cuomo masterfully targeted liberal women by surprising listeners with a call for passage of a 10 point Women’s Equality Act to include guarantees of equal pay, protect a women’s right to choose, strengthen human trafficking laws and order-of-protection laws and end sexual harassment in the workplace. That announcement came in the form of a surprise video ad that abruptly played on a screen behind Cuomo.
What Cuomo did not make clear though was that with countless laws already designed to achieve such goals already on the books, how would the redundancy of a popular sounding package of the same initiatives achieve what he expects them to? But logic played little if any role in Cuomo’s State of the State Address. And in that vein, Cuomo also reiterated his goal to win women voters away from Hillary by repeating his demands to pass the Reproductive Health Act, a liberal inspired effort that seeks to have abortion declared a ‘fundamental right’ in New York State by prohibiting even basic and widely supported protections, such as parental consent and limits on government funding of abortion. The law would allow any “health care practitioner” to perform an abortion, jeopardize any agency that does not refer for abortion and seriously threaten conscience protections for hospitals and medical professionals.

To expand his liberal base of support in a potential 2016 presidential campaign, Cuomo also revealed plans to raise his state’s minimum wage from $7.25 an hour to $8.75 an hour, a hike that would provide New York with the third highest state mandated minimum wage in the nation. It will be surpassed by only Washington state at $9.19 and hour, and Oregon at $8.95 an hour. The highest minimum wage rate in the nation is currently mandated not by a state but by the City of San Francisco which as of the new year, will be losing private sector jobs with a whopping $10.55 an hour minimum wage.

But to round off the kickoff of his campaign for the Democrat presidential nomination Cuomo also vowed to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana in public view, lower the Regional Greenhouse Gas Emission Cap, and of course to institutue the nation’s toughest ban on assault weapons and the most aggressive attempt to elimination the sale of high-capacity ammunition clips. Cuomo’s anti-gun package will also create stiffer penalties for using a gun to commit a crime.

In the final analysis, Cuomo’s State of the State Address was an ideological tour de force. With over a dozen references progressivism, Cuomo took a decisive turn to the left that was so sharp, it gave President Obama whiplash. It was a speech that was clearly designed to garner him the support of the national liberal coalition that reelected Barack Obama and to also undermine Hillary Clinton among women voters, especially in New York, where Hillary twice won election to the U.S. Senate and could derail Cuomo’s own presidential ambitions if she were to defeat him in New York’s Democrat primary for the presidential nomination. The problem is that for New Yorkers, Cuomo’s political posturing and attempt to become the Prince of Progressivism may position himself well among the base of the liberals that he will need if he wants to be the Democrat’s nominee for President, but it will come at a high cost to the people of New York who will eventually find themselves with their own fiscal cliff. New York already has a billion dollar budget deficit. Now, if the Cuomo agenda is adhered to, New Yorkers will find themselves with nothing other than unpaid and unfulfilled promises that will leave them in a position far worse than the one they are in. It’s a situation that will leave Govenor Cuomo’s eventual successor trying to find a way to Rob Peter to pay Paul or to finally accept the realization that liberalism and progressivism are mere follies financed by the dividends of conservatism.

In a statement made by Ramin Mehmanparast, a spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, the jihadist regime of Iran offered their pleasure with President Obama’s recent selection of former liberal Republican Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense. According to Mehmanparast, says Iran is hopeful that Hagle’s appointment would improve relations between Tehran and the U.S. The Iranian optimism is largely based on Hagle’s record of support for Iran which include his opposition to sanctions on Iran and his refusal to consider Hezbollah, a violent group aligned with Iran, to be a terrorist organization. The Iranian representative said Tehran can be hopeful that there would be “practical changes” to U.S. foreign policy, now that Hagle has been nominated to head America’s military. While Hagle’s appointment gives Iran reason to be optimistic, Iran’s optimism with Hagle should give Americans reason to fear his pending tenure as our Secretary of Defense and that point has not been lost on many conservatives who have begun to affect public opinion against President Obama’s nominee and to mobilize opposition to his nomination. One such effort has been undertaken by Bill Kristol the editor-in-chief of The Weekly and former Chief of Staff to Vice President Dan Quayle.

Through two separate Kristol linked action committees, the Emergency Committee for Israel and the Center for American Freedom, Kristol has begun to intensify opposition to Hagle’s appointment by taking to the air with a campaign that highlights Hagle’s past desires to reduce the pressure on, and isolation of, terrorist groups and state sponsors of terrorism.

Kristol conservative opposition to Hagle has also taken to the internet where his Emergency Committee for Israel organization has sponsored ChuckHagel.com, a website that touts “For Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagle is not a Responsible Option”, and urges voters to call their Senators and demand that oppose Hagle’s nomination.

The Kristol campaign against Hagle has already produced ads which are slated to begin running on Thursday. That ad can be seen below:

Lately Bill Kristol has not exactly been a reliable conservative and ever since 2008 when he announced that John McCain was going to pick Colin Powell as his vice presidential running mate, Kristol has often been wrong. However, on this issue, he is right.

Hagle’s views on Islāmic jihadist is problematic. His lack of a hardline against Iran and terrorist groups could best described as appeasement. Additionally, Hagle’s desire to cut the military to the bone offers a perfect opportunity for Islāmic extremist to expand their jihad, it leaves the U.S. at a disadvantage and will makes us vulnerable to increasingly dangerous global threats. While room for cuts in the defense budget certainly exist, Hagle’s judgement regarding where these cuts should be made is quite suspect, especially when one considers how willing Hagle is to appease rather than oppose those who seek to destroy us and who remain some of the most destabilizing forces in the world.

So kudos to Kristol for taking the lead on Hagle by trying to educate and shape public opinion about him. The effort is a worthy and important one. However; unless Hagle has some sort of illegal or unethical conduct to answer for, confirmation of his appointment to Secretary of Defense is more than likely. It is a consequence of the ignorance displayed by the American electorate when they reelected President Obama back in November.

On Tuesday, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will be delivering his fourth State of the State address. As a prospective presidential candidate, while his address is only one among the 50 that will be delivered by each of the state’s Governors over the coming month, Christie’s speech will be one of the most watched. But as the political world follows his every move, his high profile performance will most likely offer a speech that is dominated more by plans for a much needed recovery from Super Storm Sandy than by politics and policy. But with what logic dictates aside, New Jersey Democrats took the opportunity to unleash what could only be considered a shameful preemptive preemptive shot at Christie’s coming address on the current condition of the Garden State and his vision for its future. During an early Tuesday press conference, Senate President Steve Sweeney who is currently contemplating a run against Christie for Governor this November, told reporters that the governor will hide behind Superstorm Sandy during his State of the State address Tuesday in an attempt to gloss over what Sweeney described as the governor’s failures. Sweeney then added; “We gave the governor a jobs package … [and] he vetoed it.
During an early Tuesday press conference, Senate President Steve Sweeney who is currently contemplating a run against Christie for Governor this November, told reporters that the governor will hide behind  Superstorm Sandy during his State of the State address Tuesday in an attempt to  gloss over what Sweeney described as the governor’s failures.  Sweeney then added;

“We gave the governor a jobs package … [and] he vetoed it. And his job package was a hurricane. I guess he prayed a lot and got lucky a storm came,”

The liberal Senate President quickly followed up by stating;

“I shouldn’t say that,” he said. “I apologize for saying that.”

But like a jury told by a judge to disregard a killer’s admission of murder to them, the statement was out and it did little to help make their criticisms of Christie all to credible.

In their own depressing assessment of how things currently stand in the state, Sweeney and his liberal colleagues tried to move on to more credible criticism by citing what they described as the state’s decades long high unemployment rate, second highest in the nation foreclosure rate, shrinking middle class, and the slashing of programs that directly impact women and the most vulnerable. Ironically, the liberal inspired critique was the exact opposite of the arguments they used several months ago when they were pushing for the reelection of President Barack Obama. Back then the liberal talking points claimed that the national economic downturn was so severe that under the conditions, no one could have done any better for the nation and its economy than President Obama did. That tune has now dramatically changed as New Jersey liberals try to distort Chris Christie’s record and hold him accountable for the Obama economy.

To be sure, Christie’s State of the State Address will be one to watch and you will be able to view it via the live stream below, at 2:00 pm (EST), on Tuesday, January 8th.
